But I'd never travel a long way (or pay extra money) to see a pumpkin exhibition, to be honest... I love the park as it is, without all the extra stuff in it.Librarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05704656564078750607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1949425054295660529.post-19727013975146596122015-10-04T18:17:05.308+02:002015-10-04T18:17:05.308+02:00I always enjoy your annual pumpkin festival and th...I always enjoy your annual pumpkin festival and there are still lots of flowers everywhere because, here anyway, everything was so late. I still have early summer flowers flowering in my garden. As for the nights drawing in I was upset this morning to realise that I was going to have to put the light on when I got up. Winter is upon us and for the second year (how time flies) I shall not be escaping the cold and dark by moving to New Zealand for their summer.Graham Edwardshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11196744947133121475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1949425054295660529.post-28971870659105254772015-10-03T18:24:14.113+02:002015-10-03T18:24:14.113+02:00Wow, that pumpkin arrangement looks impressive. I like the 'Japanese lanterns' in the first picture too - at least that's what we used to call them here, in my childhood we had some in our garden. I don't remember them as quite that strong in colour either but that may be because mum used to dry them and use them for indoors decoration (and then of course the colour fades).DawnTreaderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04533307672147117843noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1949425054295660529.post-74259701244996224832015-10-03T11:47:43.659+02:002015-10-03T11:47:43.659+02:00The pumpkins exhibition - it really does look (an...The pumpkins exhibition - it really does look (and from previous pics you have posted) as if it is worth travelling a long way to see!Jenny Woolfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16881781466502273314noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1949425054295660529.post-35673831227523498822015-10-03T08:15:53.911+02:002015-10-03T08:15:53.911+02:00Thank you, Dorothy!
