I had German conversation with an old man who had grown up in Reutlingen. Göppingen is the nearest city, and it lays east of Stuttgart more or less as far as Reutlingen lays south of Stuttgart. For hikes, it maybe would not have been your direction if you went to Sonnenfels. On the other hand, Kirchheim is more than half way between Reutlingen and Göppingen, and Dachswald is west of Stuttgart, about 40 km north of Reutlingen.Librarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05704656564078750607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1949425054295660529.post-21434470254893554112015-10-14T18:55:15.432+02:002015-10-14T18:55:15.432+02:00It is a lovely place, and although it was certainl...It is a lovely place, and although it was certainly popular on a beautiful Saturday like this, it was by no means overcrowded.Librarianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05704656564078750607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1949425054295660529.post-85203253813922282002015-10-14T18:12:14.275+02:002015-10-14T18:12:14.275+02:00Wow, that looks like such a great day. But I am very surprised that I never heard of this place since my husband and I went hiking all the time, whenever we could, especially a place called Sonnenfels near Reutlingen and from Kircheim up to Teck. I wonder if no one walked there much before the restoration. But that seems unlikely. Walking was so popular when we lived in Dachswald.Thickethouse.wordpresshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17187303460677067276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1949425054295660529.post-1399550159881368442015-10-14T13:14:36.255+02:002015-10-14T13:14:36.255+02:00What a lovely place!
