It's Been a While...

...since my last post, and this is just a very quick one to let you know I am still around. The last two weeks were very full and varied, with limited internet access.
Posts are piling up in my head; there are three book reviews waiting to be written and a week's worth of hiking in the mountains to tell you about.
Work (and 'normal' life) will resume tomorrow, so watch this space :-)

This is where we've been since last Sunday, the region in Northern Italy called South Tyrol.

  5. Ah, Italy. I dream of it even though I have never seen it. Look forward to your photos. Saw my son for Mother's day today and showed him papers you sent me. He said they should be framed they are so nice. He has good taste like us!😊

    1. It will take longer than I thought, as I have to move out of my flat tonight while my shower room (with the only toilet in the flat) is being renovated.

  8. Looks lovely - and challenging! (depending a bit on how many of those mountains you actually went hiking up and down)

    1. We put quite a few miles and height under the soles of our hiking boots, Monica. That was exactly what we wanted, to counterbalance the effects of our day in, day out sitting at desks in offices.

Thank you for your visit. How nice that you understand a little Portuguese; I like this interaction between blogs because we have
    the opportunity to expand knowledge.
I make a post a month; But you can show up when you can and you want, okay?
    PEACE AND GOOD.

  10. Hello janicce, yes, it is that exchange with others that makes blogging so fun and interesting, isn't it, especially when it allows us to 'meet' people from all over the world and with lives so completely different from our own.
